Different types of design principles to consider when writing about usability of design.
Visibility: the more visual the function is the more easier it will be for the user. In contrast, when functions are out of sight, it makes them more difficult to find and how to use. The voice mail system in presence and number of waiting messages are waiting, when the system made the number of waiting waiting messages more highly visible.
Feedback: related to the concept of the visibility concept feedback, this is best illustrated by everyday life would be without it. imagine trying to play a guitar, slice a bread or write with a pen if none of the actions produced any affect for several seconds. Feedback is about sending back information about what action has done and has been accomplished, allowing the person to continue with the activities, various kind of feedback are available for interactive design. For example for a phone when you go to make a call you dial a number you get a feedback of the number you dialling. with phones you get feedback visual in whatever you. this could be messages, apps literally anything.
Constraints: The design constraint refers to determining ways of restricting the kind of user interaction can take at a place in a given moment. Cultural constraint rely on conventions. The use of red for warning and other certain types of warning. According this needs to be learned and once learned must be adapted to cultural group. For example; for a mobile phone it will be the green to answer and red to decline. Some culture this could be green on the left and right for red, but in some culture this might not be the case, you will find the red on the right and green on the left. So is important to remember culture restraint in doing user interaction. Another example will be the keyboard will be different and differently layout to suit the culture.
Mapping: This refers to relationship and their affects in the world. Nearly all need some kind of mapping between controls and affects, flashpoint, car, power plant, mobile phone and cockpit. For example; using a iphone you can touch with your finger and resize or touch to go anywhere do anything. play music on your phone its like a computer in your hand you control, it is easy for anyone to use.

Usability itself
How to design products that users find it easy to use. People have to be able to work easily such as organizing their day to day planning.
Ensure a high degree of visibility. allow the user to work the current state of the system and action. To provide feedback give continuous clear information about the results of actions.
present a good conceptional model allow the user to build up a true picture of the way the system holds together, the relationship between in different parts and how to move from one another to the next. Offer good mappings. aim for clear, natural relationship between user platforms.

1 Working with images
Car Park
Problem here is the car is not parallel with the lines. It looks as if the front window is not clean, as if its full of ice. The car in the picture seems not to be parked parallel with the lines. The car seems not to be parked properly.
cartons
The problem here is cartons are being used for planting. It looks like nothing is growing on the ground, but all are coming out of the cartons. I think the problem is cartons being used for planting is not environmental safe. This can do harm to plants.
We can design automatic parking to all cars at a car park so cars can park more accurately without being off the lines. By designing something that will allow parking more safe and friendly for the environment.

Ambient Intelligence builds on three recent key technologies: Ubiquitous Computing, Ubiquitous Communication and Intelligent User Interfaces – some of these concepts are barely a decade old and this reflects on the focus of current implementations of AmI (more on this later on). Ubiquitous Computing means integration of microprocessors into everyday objects like furniture, clothing, white goods, toys, even paint. Ubiquitous Communication enables these objects to communicate with each other and the user by means of ad-hoc and wireless networking. An Intelligent User Interface enables the inhabitants of the AmI environment to control and interact with the environment in a natural (voice, gestures) and personalised way (preferences, context).

Disappearing Computing

The Similarities between them all have pervasive computing pops up, also the word environment. All definitions have the word technology which is similar word comes up.
The different between pervasive computing and disappearing computing are the following: Pervasive computing aims more with wireless and troubleshooting. on the other hand disappearing computing is more to with future development of design and computing.
